For eight months, they stood by my side, coaching me through three appeals and an appraisal after my insurance company initially denied my roof claim. Their expertise, persistence, and guidance ultimately resulted in my insurance company approving a full roof replacement.
We bid with several companies for our roof replacement. Invictus gave us a fair price, but more importantly not a hard sell or push for insurance claim. The project manager (Chase) was on site both days and made sure we were kept informed of damage found to the underlying deck and repairs made. The finish product looks great.

- 04What warranty do you offer?
- Manufacturer warranties up to 50 years on materials and a 10-year Invictus workmanship warranty. We are GAF certified, so the manufacturer backs our installs directly.
